Foundation Earth welcomes Royal DSM, a global purpose-led science-based company, to its pool of Life Cycle Assessment experts. Within the new partnership DSM will undertake LCAs for businesses under the Foundation Earth method, bringing expertise on the assessment of animal protein such as eggs, milk, fish and meat.
The agreement means that agri-food companies joining Foundation Earth to label their products can now access DSM’s Sustell™ service. Developed by DSM with Blonk Sustainability, Sustell™ is a first-of-its-kind intelligent sustainability service that delivers accurate, simple, and actionable farm-level solutions to improve animal protein production’s environmental footprint and profitability. By catalysing sustainable value chains and enabling environmental transparency, the service helps producers achieve their sustainability commitments.
